We enjoy renting our house to friends and family so they too can experience the magic of Crested Butte.
132 Maroon enjoys a coveted location in the historic west end of town just a block from Elk Avenue dining, shopping, nightlife and the ski shuttle stop. This corner of town features some of Crested Butte's coolest homes and cottages. Built in 2000, the comfortable floor plan puts the kitchen, dining, and living room upstairs where beams and trusses anchor the vaulted ceilings and the generous windows bring the natural light and frame the view of Mt Crested Butte. Downstairs there are three bedrooms and two well appointed baths. The steam shower will do the trick after a day out on the ski slopes too! Out back the detached 1-car garage includes a heated gear room that connects to the flagstone patio. The fully fenced property is beautifully landscaped with mature Aspen trees, a nice yard with a flagstone walk way and wildflower gardens.
